KidzBlast
In the Elementary Ministries we want children to experience God in a way they will never forget. Parents will love our safe environment and secure check-in system. When children come to KidzBlast, some of the things they love are worshiping God, meeting new friends, and learning God’s Word. It is our desire at Painesville Assembly of God that children will not only learn God’s Word, but implement what they learn by turning their hearts outward in service to the church and community at large.
SUNDAY MORNINGS:
Every Sunday morning we gear up for the time of our lives! KidzBlast is a ministry that reaches K-5th grades. A typical service will include elements such as: high energy music, crazy puppets, multimedia presentations, interactive object lessons, simple yet deep messages, along with fun games and prizes. One of the most important aspects for us is when our staff gets to build authentic relationships with kids and model for them Godly character through small group discussions and time spent praying with them at the altar. We have a big heart for kids and we love connecting with them every Sunday!
WHERE TO FIND US:
We meet every Sunday morning at 10:30am in the Children’s Worship Center. It’s easiest to find us if you enter at the education entrance. Turn left and go to the end of the hall and turn left again where you will see “Children’s Worship Center.” As you proceed up the stairs you will be greeted by our friendly staff! Your kids will be well taken care of and have a wonderful time at a special service geared just for them!
OUR 8 TRANSFORMING GOALS:
We believe that everything we do and say must always point back to our central focus so every child can learn that what we teach is real and life-changing. We do this through hands-on learning as well as resources such as devotional booklets.
We believe every child should be equipped with the power of the Holy Spirit so that they can be a bold witness to their peers.
We believe in raising a generation of worshipers who will come before God with clean hands and pure hearts.
We believe every child should be given the opportunity to share his or her gifts and talents to reach others. One way we do this is through a ministry that involves drama, singing, short sermons, puppets, creative writing.
We believe that every child should be taught from an early age what it means to give back to God through the local church and through missions.
We believe that no one is ‘too young’ to share his or her faith and be a missionary to schools and neighborhoods. Through local and regional outreach activities, children learn what it means to put ‘feet to their faith.’
We believe in a God who not only hears prayers but also answers prayers. We are seeing God raise mighty prayer warriors for His kingdom.
We believe every child who has accepted Jesus as Savior should obey God’s command to be baptized in water and declare to the world that he or she has decided to follow Jesus.
